Common Access Problems

Common Access Problems:
If you applied, and are unable to access the member's area,
It may be due to one of these problems:

  1. Your credit card may have not been approved. This could have resulted from a typing error when entering your information on the on-line form. This is the most common problem.
  2. All codes are CaSe SeNsItIvE. Be sure you enter them exactly as you did on the on-line form.
  3. Make sure your browser is set to "accept cookies." This option must be "ON" in order to gain access to the member's area.
  4. Make sure your browser is set to read java.
  5. If you are using MSIE, your browser must be set to accept cookies without warning.
  6. Make sure that the clock on your computer is set properly.

If you are on AOL, the graphics may look shabby (due to the AOL browser)

Try clicking the "prefs" button in your browswer window. (Not only in the AOL window, but also inside the AOL web browser window that lies inside the AOL window). Click the bubble beside the "uncompressed graphics" option. Then click "OK."
